An art journal page develops skills for creating layered backgrounds using techniques a little different from what may normally be used to for adding delicate elements.  The use of stencils, mark making stamps and gelli plate is preferable but not essential as an alternative process will be shown to build layers.  A kit is included and the material’s list is supplied here also.
